THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE
What is getting in the way?
- Field orders and collections reach the office late.
- Every staff member can see more data than needed.
- The app duplicates information already kept in the main system.
M AZLAN TECHNOLOGIES
Mobile applications for field staff, business owners and customers—with the workflow and access each person needs.
A mobile app should remove a practical bottleneck, such as orders arriving late from the market or staff needing to call the office for a customer balance. We define tasks, devices, network conditions and the connection to existing software before recommending an app approach.
THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE
WHAT TO INCLUDE
WORKFLOW EXAMPLE
A salesman selects an assigned customer, records an order and sends it to the office. Requirements must define prices, duplicate prevention, network failure and whether an unapproved order can affect stock.
Illustrative requirement, not a claim about a particular client’s results.QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SOLUTION
We first review whether the software has a suitable API, data access and integration permission. The connection may need backend work as well as an app.
Specify the required platforms, devices and distribution method. Android delivery appears in our existing business-software work; iOS requirements need their own feasibility and release review.
Only agreed offline workflows can be promised. Sync conflicts, queued submissions and duplicate handling must be designed and tested.
Agree the target platform, store-account ownership, signing credentials, release review and ongoing updates. App-store approval and third-party service availability are not controlled by the developer.
Customers, routes, prices, office approval aur offline zaroorat ki detail dein. Phir app aur backend ka combined scope banega.
Staff ya customers ka use case, screens, login roles aur existing software ki detail bhejein.
Store account ownership, signing, release aur maintenance ki responsibilities proposal mein likhein.
