THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE
What is getting in the way?
- Invoice classifications and tax fields are inconsistent.
- Accountants reconcile separate spreadsheets each period.
- Reporting is confused with legally authorized submission.
M AZLAN TECHNOLOGIES
Bring invoice data, approved tax rules and reviewable reports into a defined business workflow.
“Tax software” can mean invoice calculations, sales/purchase registers, accountant exports or official submission. These are different scopes. We can review custom record and reporting requirements, with tax treatment approved by your qualified adviser. M Azlan Technologies does not claim FBR-licensed integrator status or an already certified tax product.
THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE
WHAT TO INCLUDE
WORKFLOW EXAMPLE
An invoice is corrected after reporting. The workflow must retain the original record, use the approved correction method and reconcile the report; silently overwriting a tax amount is not an adequate audit trail.
Illustrative requirement, not a claim about a particular client’s results.QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SOLUTION
We can scope the record model, calculations and reports against rules approved by your adviser. Tax advice and statutory filing are not automatically part of software development.
This needs a separate eligibility and integration review. FBR’s published guidance requires a valid licensed integrator for the notified real-time invoicing integration; that role is not claimed by M Azlan Technologies.
Rules should have effective dates and an authorized update/review process. Do not assume a tax setting remains correct after a regulatory change.
Invoice tax, registers, reports aur official filing alag needs hain. Apne accountant se approved rules aur required output pehle clear karwayein.
Record/report banana aur official real-time submission alag scope hai. Applicable rules aur licensed integration route verify karna hoga.
